Following were the driving aspect to make steps towards the establishment of the organization:

• Need to connect geographically isolated communities and the peoples, deprived from the basic and specialties health services;
• Need of umbrella organization for bridging the gap among and between the telemedicine practitioner by ensuring cooperation and collaboration inside and outside of the countries;
• Need to bring the knowledge, resources and technology of global communities in Nepal for upgrading our health services
• Need to address the scenario of geographic heterogeneity and resource constraints on health sectors by the deployment of modern ICT applications.
